Hamad General Hospital, a key part of Qatar’s healthcare infrastructure, is set to undergo a major modernization program starting in 2025. This comprehensive upgrade, which is expected to take three years, will focus on enhancing patient care and facilities. The first phase involves renovating the two main inpatient towers and the ground floor, with features such as single-patient rooms and advanced technical systems being introduced.
During the renovation, services will continue at the hospital, including critical care, trauma and emergency services, and specialized centers like the Bone and Joint Center.
