Man City unveils De Bruyne tribute ahead of farewell

London: Manchester City have honored Kevin De Bruyne with a permanent tribute at their academy ahead of his departure. The club unveiled a mosaic depicting De Bruyne celebrating, installed by a training pitch at the City Football Academy, and dedicated a road in his name. The tribute was revealed to De Bruyne by club chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak on Tuesday.

De Bruyne is set to make his final appearance for Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium during Tuesday’s Premier League match against Bournemouth before leaving the club when his contract expires in June. The gesture celebrates the midfielder’s significant contributions and cements his legacy at the club as he prepares to move on after a successful tenure.
